FITs plus free electricity with conventional inverters were chosen as the system for installing on Co-op properties.

This should pay the Co-op 43.3p and provide free electricity for some dwellings.

Conventional inverters allow only one dwelling per house with solar panels to benefit from free electricity but they are less expensive and more efficient.
