Ex-members Policy

An ex-member has the right to join the Co-op waiting list if the following criteria are met:

The ex-member was:

• not asked to leave Co-op
• not in rent arrears which they failed to rectify.
• participated in the Co-op (i.e. attended meetings or did work in lieu as agreed by the Co-op)and is currently in housing need.

If these criteria are met, the ex-member will be placed on the waiting list, even if it is closed to other applicants.
